Stop activity now
- Sudden or sharp pain
- A pop with pain, swelling or lost function
- Numbness, tingling or visible deformity
- Inability to fully bend or straighten a joint
Schedule an evaluation
- Pain that returns with activity
- Soreness that does not improve as expected
- Loss of motion or strength
- Declining control, speed or endurance
- Repeated changes in mechanics
- Pain affecting sleep or daily activity
Call 911 for an emergency
Collapse, confusion, seizure, loss of consciousness, trouble breathing, chest pain, suspected heat stroke, severe injury or another life-threatening symptom.
